Best-selling author John Jakes has a new historical novel that's sure to put Savannah back in the spotlight. The novel, "SAVANNAH (or) A Gift For Mr. Lincoln," is now on sale. The September/October issue of SAVANNAH Magazine features Mr. Jakes' perspectives: "HOW A CITY INSPIRED A NOVEL."
