All online orders placed will be processed the next business day*.  Actual delivery will depend on the shipping, but your card will be dispatched on the next business day.  *Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include major holidays.

Please make each gift card purchase as a separate transaction.  With separate purchases, we are able to customize each message to your recipients. 

Gift cards are valid for one year after purchase.

Gift cards must be used in conjunction with a hotel stay.  Hotel guests may use gift cards for accommodations, gift items in our gift shops, tours or anything that could normally be charged to your hotel room.  Marshall House guests may charge 45 Bistro charges to their room, and this can be covered with your gift card.  (At East Bay Inn, Tandem Coffee & Spirits and Debi's Restaurant charges may not be charged to a guest's room or gift card.)   

Breakfast is included in our amenity fee at The Marshall House, The Kehoe House, Eliza Thompson House and The Gastonian.
